These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Quickzar QR ordering platform ("Service") by restaurants, cafes, and hotels ("Merchant", "you"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Quickzar provides QR-based menu and ordering tools, a kitchen display system, loyalty and scratch-card rewards, and WhatsApp retargeting features for Merchants. Features available depend on your selected plan.
You must provide accurate business information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
New Merchants receive a 30-day free trial with full feature access and no card required. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active Restaurant Plan or Hotel Plan subscription, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Order and contact data collected through your QR ordering flow belongs to you as the Merchant. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable law, including how you contact Guests via WhatsApp or other channels.
We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or issues outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse Guest data.
To the extent permitted by law, Quickzar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
